Missed Deliveries

Returns Policy
For personalised items and earrings, we do not accept returns unless:

The item was sent in error.

There is a verified quality issue with the item.​

We will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you.

Upon verification of the issue, you will be offered a replacement or refund depending on your preference.
