Delivery Options

Standard Delivery​

• When an item is currently in stock, estimated delivery within 3–5 working days

• Available for all UK addresses.

• Please note that we do offer made to order products. The production time of made to order products (as specified in the item description) will need to be added on to the delivery times to help you estimate arrival dates.

International Shipping​

• Please contact us to check if we ship to your country.

• Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country.​

 

Delivery Charges

• Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

• Free shipping for orders over £25.00

 

Missed Deliveries

• If you miss the delivery, the courier will attempt a redelivery or provide instructions for collection from a local depot or collection point.

 

Delays

• While we aim to meet delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, adverse weather, or high seasonal demand).

• We will notify you promptly if there is any significant delay with your delivery.

Returns Policy
 

For personalised items and earrings, we do not accept returns unless:

• The item was sent in error.

• There is a verified quality issue with the item.​

​In such cases:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to report the issue.

• We will provide instructions for returning the item at no additional cost to you.

• Upon verification of the issue, you will be offered a replacement or refund depending on your preference.

For all other items, returns are accepted at buyers expense for postage.
